All orders that subtotal less than $50 dollars will be charged a $2.00 handling fee. We are not trying to profit on shipping charges, we would justy like to break even.

Minimum Orders, Case Packs, Stock, Substitutions

Due to the nature of the wine business we can't guarantee that we will have your wine or be able to get your wine at the time of order. When a wine receives a high rating it can sell out nationally in a matter of minutes. Therefore we do not charge your credit card until we are sure that we have or can get the wine you order. All orders that subtotal less than $50 dollars will be charged a $2.00 handling fee.

We reserve the right to substitute vintages on any wines under $18.00 a bottle.

Some of our wines have minimum order amounts. Some or sold only by the case pack. A case does not always mean 12 bottles. Some cases are 3 or 6 bottles. If you see a wine that has a minimum quantity and you only want one bottle contact us.

Shipping:

You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcohol.  Winerz.com makes no claims or representations concerning the laws in other states regarding shipping or importation of wines and all buyers assume all risk with regards to this service. All wines are sold in California and title passes to you in California.

As per our preferred carrier (UPS) the following are the U.S states Winerz will ship to (direct to consumer):

As per our preferred carrier (UPS) the following are the U.S states Winerz will ship to licensed consignees:

An adult signature is required upon delivery.  An acceptable form of government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, military identification, or alien registration card is required.  Also, UPS will not deliver any shipment to intoxicated individuals. 

Due to many of these requirements we recommend shipping to a business address.  Alcohol can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

We at Winerz.com, will due our best to ship within 24-48 hours of orders being placed.  However we do not stock all items on site.  Orders placed on Thursday through the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday, barring inventory outages or backorders.  In the case of inventory changes the customer will be notified.

Weather:
Exposure to heat and cold can have an adverse affect on wine.  Please inform us if you have any weather concerns and we will explore your options.  UPS does not insure weather related damages.  Winerz.com is not responsible for weather damaged items and recommends holding orders or next day shipping options.  (Please call 877-897-7191 to arrange for Next Day shipments)

Returns, Cancellations & Pricing:

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@winerz.com or 877-897-7191.  Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

Shipping is not refundable & Returns are at the purchaser’s expense.   

Wines over 5 years old are not guaranteed.  The sale is at the buyer’s risk, and Final. 

Cancellations and/or Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. (not applicable if you cancel on the same day you placed your order)

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Winerz.com will not be responsible for pricing, vintage or image errors that occasionally occur on the website.  If you think there may be an error, please contact us at admin@winerz.com.  If there is a typographical error, winerz.com will provide the item at 5% over cost + shipping.  (This does not apply to grey market items and sold out specials.)
